NAXALITES WREAK HAVOC IN POLL BOUND BASTAR

CHHATTISGARH TIMES. A day ahead of the polls to be conducted in Bastar and other constituencies, maoists today triggered 6 improvised explosive device in Kanker alone whereas in a gun battle between forces in Bijapur, one naxalite has been reportedly killed. Security personnel sustained injuries without any casualties on their side. A major breakthrough has been recovery of around 8kgs of explosive in the karaikunda forests of Sukma district.
