Kanker: A Border Security Force (BSF) Sub-Inspector who got injured in the Naxal-attack died on Sunday.
According to sources BSF Sub-Inspector Mahendra Singh died due to not getting proper medical treatment on time. Singh got badly injured in an IED blast carried out by Naxalites between Gomegatta and Gattakal of Coilbeda police station area.
After the attack preparations were carried out by the rescue team to rush him to the hospital for treatment. But he died due to delay in receiving medical treatment. Singh was resident of Bharatpur in Rajasthan.
